Company
Trigg Mining is looking to secure Australia’s sustainable agriculture future through the exploration of essential potassium fertiliser, sulphate of potash (SOP), necessary for global food production and human nutrition. SOP provides essential macro nutrients for plant growth without any detrimental elements, such as chloride found in muriate of potash (MOP). In addition, SOP can be produced sustainably through the solar evaporation of potassium-rich hypersaline brine water, without the need for large open pits or waste-rock dumps.
The Trigg Mining SOP Projects (Figure 1) are located nearby established energy and transport infrastructure for access to Australian and international agricultural markets, approximately 170km east of Laverton in WA and including the high-grade discovery at Lake Throssell and a JORC Compliant Mineral Resource at Lake Rason. The Projects cover 1,500 km² and contain over 380 km² of salt lake playa and 170 km of interpreted palaeochannels (ancient underground rivers) all highly prospective for brine hosted SOP.

Corporate Governance
The Company has adopted a Corporate Governance Plan which provides the written terms of reference for the Company’s corporate governance duties. The Board is committed to administering the policies and procedures with openness and integrity, pursuing the true spirit of corporate governance commensurate with the Company's needs.
Due to the current size and nature of the existing Board and the magnitude of the Company’s operations, the Board does not consider that the Company will gain any benefit from individual Board committees and that its resources would be better utilised in other areas as the Board is of the view that at this stage the experience and skill set of the current Board is sufficient to perform these roles. Under clause 7 of the Company’s Board Charter, the duties that would ordinarily be assigned to individual committees are currently carried out by the full Board under the written terms of reference for those committees.
As the Company’s activities develop in size, nature and scope, the size of the Board and the implementation of additional corporate governance structures will be reviewed.
